- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Where you have chosen or we have given you a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

- To notify you about changes or enhancements to our service.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties, if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, our customers, or others.
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data but this will remove all access to the training modules that you will have purchased, or which have been purchased on your behalf, and all records of your assessment results.
